Chat Settings

In the Chat Settings section, you can control various aspects of your chat experience, allowing you to set response preferences. Here’s a breakdown of each setting and how it enhances your chat:

1. Model Selection

In Chat Settings, you can choose the model that best fits your chat needs. Select from a variety of models, each offering unique styles and response qualities to ensure that interactions with your OC are as engaging and effective as possible.

2. Language Preference

Select your preferred language for responses. With this option, you can ensure that the character replies in the language of your choice, supporting smooth and personalized conversations across language barriers. The available languages vary across different models.

3. Chat Parameters: Temperature and Content Diversity

• Temperature: This setting adjusts the character’s creativity and spontaneity. A higher temperature makes the OC more imaginative and varied in responses, while a lower temperature keeps the conversation more focused and predictable.

• Content Diversity: Set the level of content diversity to control how varied or concise character replies will be. This parameter adds flexibility, allowing you to fine-tune your character's response style based on your preferences.

Please note that excessively high temperature or content diversity may cause unusual responses.

4. Scenario-based Experience

When activated, the character's scenario and example conversations will be included in the context, enabling you to develop the story accordingly.

5. Max AI message length

With this setting, you can set the maximum response length for character replies. Adjusting this parameter lets you decide whether you prefer shorter, snappier responses or longer, more detailed ones based on the needs of your conversation.
